Olivia Howell | JR., Women's Track & Field | Major: Studio Art

Olivia Howell, a three-time Big Ten champion in the 1500m, placed eighth in the event at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Austin, Texas, running a season-best time of 4:11.54. The effort earned Howell her first outdoor All-America honor and the third of her career overall after she also earned All-America accolades in the mile at both the 2022 and 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships. Howell is the first Illini woman to earn All-America honors at the outdoor championship since Pedrya Seymour placed eighth in the 100m hurdles in 2017.

A junior from Solon, Ohio, Howell is pursuing a degree in studio art at Illinois.
