CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Illinois women's golf team finishes the regular season this weekend at the Indiana Invitational at The Pfau Course in Bloomington, Indiana. All 14 Big Ten teams are part of the 16-team field ahead of the Big Ten Championships next weekend.
The Pfau Course at Indiana University features a 6,254-yard, par-72 layout. The Indiana Invitational is the first-ever women's competitive collegiate event at The Pfau Course, which opened in June 2020.
Play begins Saturday at 8:15 a.m. ET/7:15 a.m. CT with continuous play into the second round. The third round will be played Sunday at 8:15 a.m. ET/7:15 a.m. CT.
Illinois is coming off an 5th-place finish at the Clemson Invitational from March 26-28, its best showing of the season. Tristyn Nowlin shot a 3-under 69 in the final round to total -5 for the 54-hole event and finish in a tie for third place, while Illinois had two others in the top 15 with Isabel Sy in 12th place at +1 and Crystal Wang in a tie for 14th at +3.
The Big Ten Championships is set to be at TPC River's Bend in Maineville, Ohio, from April 23-25.
