Lily Olson | SO, Swimming and Diving | Major: Political Science

The Fighting Illini swimming and diving team started their season strong out the gates with a 185.5-98.5 victory against Indiana State. Sophomore Lily Olson recorded three first-place finishes in the four events in which she competed. Olson won the 50 freestyle and the 200 butterfly, with times of 23.96 and 2:06.23, respectively. She was also a member of the first-place finishing 400 freestyle relay that posted a time of 3:29.27.

Olson is from Fullerton, Calif., and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
