EUGENE, Ore. - Kandie Bloch-Jones concluded action for the Fighting Illini women's track and field team at the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday. Bloch-Jones finished 20th in the high jump with a clearance of 1.72m (5' 7.75"). Bloch-Jones was successful on her first attempt at the opening height but failed to clear 1.77m (5' 9.75") on her three attempts.
Illinois finished tied for 35th in the team standings with six points thanks to Stephanie Richartz's third-place finish in the pole vault on Thursday. Host school Oregon won the team title with 59 points, nine points ahead of runner-up Kentucky. Texas A&M (47), Arkansas (43) and Georgia (41) rounded out the top five.
