Clinton Miller is in his fourth year as an Assistant Equipment Manager after joining the Illini full time in September 2016. Miller previously worked as an intern with the Fighting Illini equipment staff for three years. 

Miller assists head football equipment manager Trent Chesnut with maintenance, organization and management of all Illinois football equipment. He helps with the setup and tear-down of all practices, home and road games as well as the storage of equipment.

A Champaign Central High School and University of Illinois graduate, Miller was hired as assistant equipment manager in 2016. He earned his bachelor’s degree in recreation, sport, and tourism at the University of Illinois in 2014. He is an active and certified member of The Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA).
