CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Illinois football team added transfers Tommy DeVito and TeRah Edwards as mid-year enrollees for the spring semester. DeVito, a quarterback from Syracuse, will have one year of eligibility, while Edwards, a defensive lineman from Northwestern, will have four years left.
