CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The No. 9 Fighting Illini are back at Atkins this weekend to take on No. 32 Iowa and Nebraska.
Illinois faces the Hawkeyes Friday at 5 pm and the Cornhuskers at noon on Sunday. Both matches will be available to stream through fightingillini.com.

Iowa (3-2): Illinois is looking for their 23rd straight victory over Iowa on Friday...Iowa is ranked No. 32 in the ITA coaches poll this week after starting the season 3-2 overall and undefeated in Big Ten play so far... Iowa played in ITA Kick-off weekend before starting the Big Ten-only schedule
Nebraska (0-3): Illinois is playing Nebraska for the ninth time in history and is looking to stay undefeated against the Cornhuskers...Nebraska is looking for their first win of the season after dropping the first three matches of the season
LAST TIME OUT
Illinois went undefeated on their first road trip of the season. On Friday night they defeated Wisconsin for the second time this season, 6-1. In Minneapolis, Illinois beat Minnesota 5-2.
The weekend saw the return of Noe Khlif to the line-up. Khlif took a medical redshirt in 2020 season. In his first match he defeated Jesper Freimuth in straight sets (6-2,6-1). Zeke Clark and Alex Brown were paired up for Doubles No. 2 and went undefeated on the weekend. Brown and Clark also went undefeated in the respective singles matches.

Illinois enters the third weekend of Big Ten competition at No. 9 in the ITA Coaches Poll.
They started their season unranked but receiving votes. After a strong performance over ITA Championship weekend, they jumped to No.6 in the Coaches poll.
