Personal

Daughter of Jeff and Kim Beard... Has a brother, Landrum, and two sisters Quita and Tasha... Chose Illinois because of the "outstanding coaching staff and facilities dedicated to track and field"... Dedicates her success to her boyfriend and family who have pushed her through when she wanted to quit track after her freshman year and her knee surgery in 2022, they told her to remember her HS mantra from her coach Mike McKiernan "trust my training, trust God, and just jump! She had her best season ever post surgery.
