• Ran a personal-best 3000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (9:39.78)
• Placed a season-best sixth in the 3000m (9:56.31) at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational

Outdoor

• Ran the program's fourth fastest 3000m steeplechase time 10:16.37 at the NCAA West Preliminaries
• Placed sixth in the 3000m steeplechase (10:17.74) and made the podium for the first time at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships 
• Ran a personal-best 1500m (4:28.95) at the Gary Wieneke Memorial
• Won the 3000m steeplechase in the very first meet of the year at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (10:33.22)

2022

Indoor

• Ran the program's ninth fastest 5000m (16:47.63) at the Music City Challenge

Outdoor

• Ran a season-best 3000m steeplechase (10:28.53) at the Stanford Invitational and placed eighth
• Academic All-Big Ten

2021

Indoor

• Placed second in the 3000 m at the Badger Icebreaker with a time of 9:41.36

Outdoor

• Finished in 21st place at the NCAA West Regional in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best time of 10:17.63
• Placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the B1G Championships, earning two points and moving into fourth place in school history in the event
• Took second place in the 3000m steeplechase at the B1G North Florida Invite with a time of 10:34.67. This entered her into ninth place in the Illinois record book for the event.
• Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase at the M City Classic with a time of 10:29.96. This time moves her into seventh place in school history in the event.

• 2A All-State honors in cross country in 2016 and 2017 
• 2A cross country team state champion in 2017
• Two-time 2A track and field team state champion in 2017 and 2018
• Three-time letterwinner in track and cross country

Personal

• Born April 13, 2000
• Daughter of Monzer Aldadah and May Abouhouli
• Has a twin sister, Huda, who is a member of the fencing team at Duke
• Chose Illinois because it felt like a second home and offered a welcoming environment from future teammates and the coaching staff
