  • Delivered the clinching point to claim the Big Ten Tournament Championship over Ohio State on the Atkins Tennis courts.

  • Cites his parents as the most influential people in his athletic career for getting him interested in sports at a young age and encouraging him to stick with them
  • Chose Illinois because, especially after seeing his brother Jared improve here, he believed Illinois gives him the best chance to someday be a top tennis professional
