Cross Country

• Set an 8K PR at Big Ten Championships, timing 25:13.1 
• Scored for the Illini at Big Ten Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional

Outdoor Track

• Set PR in the 5K at the Illini Twilight with 14:52.94 finish, placing 12th.
• Competed in the 1500m at three meets

Indoor Track

• Set PR in the 3K at the Illini Invitational with finish time of 8:40.12, placing fifth
• Also competed in the Mile and 5K during the Indoor season

2018

Cross Country

• Competed at six meets for the Illini, including NCAA Midwest Regionals and Big Ten Championships
• Placed 11th at the EIU Walt Crawford Open

2017

Cross Country

• Scored for the Illini at the Midwest Regional, placing 30th with a time of 29:49.9 that ranks eighth in Illinois history
• Ran at Big Ten Championships, placing 60th overall, seventh on the team, with a time of 25:23.9
• Recorded top-five finishes in each of his first two meets, placing fourth at both the Walt Crawford Open and John McNichols Invite

2016

Cross Country

• Competed unattached at the Illini Open, placing fifth overall with a time of 25:57.5

High School

• 3200m IHSA 3A state qualifier
• Lalonde owns a 9:16.87 personal-best time in the 3200m 
• Finished the season ranked in the top-25 in the state of Illinois, fourth in Class 3A.  
• Two-time IHSA Cross-Country State Qualifier, placing 17th overall with a time of 14:41.90
• Placed 23^rd at the Nike Cross Nationals Midwest Regional
• Led Downers Grove South to best finish in school history
