  • Went 11-for-14 on stolen base attempts during the season...swiped a program-record five bases on Feb. 25 vs. Aurora.

  • Tallied a season-high three RBI in the first game of a doubleheader on May 2 at Rutgers...homered in both games of the doubleheader, marking the second time in his career that he homered in consecutive games.
  • Ended the season on a 19-game on-base streak, the longest active streak on the Illini.
  • Recorded a season-long six-game hitting streak twice on the season...first from April 19-27 and then from May 2-10.

FRESHMAN - 2024

  • First multi-hit game of the season on March 2, vs. Florida State in Greenville, S.C., at the First Pitch Invitational...went 2-for-5 with a a run, triple, RBI and a walk.
  • Had the first walk-off hit of his career on March 15 vs. Southern Indiana...singled with two-outs in the ninth.
  • Went 6-for-9 (.667) with seven runs scored, a double, triple, home run and three RBI during the Illini's three-game series vs. Northern Illinois from April 12-14.
  • Ended the season with a 15-game hitting streak...has gone 26-for-63 (.413) with four doubles, a triple, a home run and 14 RBI during that span...will also carry a 19-game on-base streak into next season.

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Member of Canada's WBSC U-18 World Cup team; Went 4-for-20 with a double, triple and two walks.
  • Hit .238 (10-42) (5th in average) in a Team Canada trip against professional baseball players in the Dominican Summer League (DSL). Also had the most extra base hits with five doubles.
  • Played with fellow 2023 commits Parker Burgess and Liam Adamson on Team Canada.
  • Was also recruited by Michigan, Notre Dame, UCLA, Toledo, ETSU, Stony Brook and Wright State.

  • Chose Illinois because, "I chose Illinois because I thought it was the best fit for me. On my visit I fell in love with the campus and it felt like it could be home for the next four years."
