Redshirt-Senior - 2019

  • During the second round of the NCAA Ann Arbor Regional on April 5, she placed fourth in the all-around with a 39.275.
  • Named the Big Ten Bars Champion after matching a career-high 9.975 at the Big Ten Championships on March 23, which included two 10.00s from a pair of judges. Also placed second on beam with a 9.900 and fifth in the all-around with a season-high 39.500.
  • Named to the Big Ten All-Championships Team for her placement on bars (1st) and beam (2nd). 
  • Earned 14th career bars title with a season-high 9.950 at California Quad Meet on March 17. Also posted an impressive 39.400 in the all-around, tying for third with teammate Karen Howell.
  • Tied for the eighth-best beam score in program history with a career-high 9.925 at the State of Illinois Classic on March 9. 
  • Tied for the bars title with a 9.925 vs. Denver on March 1. Also finished third on the following events with season-highs: vault (9.850) and in the all-around (39.500).
  • Returned to the all-around vs. Michigan State (Feb. 8) with a season-high 39.325, capturing her first all-around title since 2016.
  • Competed on floor for the first time this season, earning a solid 9.800 vs. Michigan State on Feb. 8.
  • Won her second bars title in a row with a 9.875. This marked the first time since 2017 that Otto won back-to-back titles.
  • Won bars and beam titles at the Illinois Quad Meet on Jan. 13 with a pair of 9.875s.
  • Had the highest Illini score on vault at the CMU Quad Meet on Jan. 16 with a 9.825, finishing second on that event.

  • Named the Big Ten Bars Champion after scoring a 9.925 at the Big Ten Championships, while also earning a place on the Big Ten All-Championships Team
  • Hit the program’s fifth-highest bars score of 9.950 at the B1G Five Meet
  • Scored a career-best 9.900 on beam against Michigan State
  • Competed all-around competition once at the State of Illinois Classic
  • Competed in all 14 meets on beam and floor, helping Illinois hit the program’s third, fifth, seventh and tenth-highest scores on beam this season

Junior - 2016

  • Competed in the Illini’s first four meets in the all-around
  • Recorded her first all-around individual title at Penn State with a score of 39.400
  • Won five individual titles during those four meets (Bars-3, Beam-1, All-Around-1)
  • Notched the highest score on the bars (9.900) for the Illini in 2016

Sophomore - 2015

  • Qualified individually for the NCAA Championships in the all-around
  • Finished 12th at the NCAA Championships with a 39.200
  • Finished season ranked 8th in the nation on bars with a RQS of 9.915

Freshman - 2014

  • After missing the first half of the season due to injury, she hit all 16 routines performed, competing on bars for the last eight meets before adding vault and beam starting on March 15
  • Hit a career high 9.85 twice on vault and set a career high of 9.875 on beam, never dropping below a 9.8 on either event during the team's postseason run
  • Was one of the team's best performers at NCAA Championships, leading the squad on both bars (9.775) and beam (9.8) while also contributing a 9.825 on vault
  • Hit a 9.8 or higher on all three events at the Big Ten Championships
  • Her career high of 9.9 on bars, set at the Minneapolis Regional, tied the second highest on the season
  • Also finished the year ranked within the top-100 on bars with a 9.84 RQS

  • Daughter of David and Marilyn Horth
  • Mom played volleyball at Cleveland State, Dad was a skier at Stanford, older brother Matt played soccer at Gordon College and went on to play professionally, older brother Mike played volleyball at Ohio Northern University, and finally her twin brother Tim played soccer at Lipscomb University in Nashville
  • Chose Illinois because, "The coaches and girls on the team really drew me in, but I also loved the campus, academics, and student life here."
  • Graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2017 and Master of Public Health (MPH) in 2018. She will graduate in August 2019 with a Masters in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism degree.
