LINCOLN, Neb. -Â The Illinois women's gymnastics team (3-4, 1-3 Big Ten) is set to travel to Lincoln this weekend for a conference dual meet against Nebraska. The meet is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. CT.
The Fighting Illini enter the matchup with momentum after securing a Big Ten victory over Washington last weekend.
Sophomore Chloe Cho and junior Lyden Saltness were instrumental in the win, each claiming individual event titles. Saltness led the team with a meet-high 9.875 on the uneven bars, while Cho delivered a 9.850 on the balance beam. Cho also extended her streak of five straight wins in the all-around. The squad also posted its best floor score of the season posting a 49.075 on the event.
Following the trip to Nebraska, the Illini will travel to Missouri on Feb. 20 before returning home for a home meet vs. fifth-ranked UCLA at State Farm Center on Feb. 22 at 4 p.m.

BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIPS: The Illini are preparing to host the 2026 Big Ten Women's Gymnastics Championships, March 21-22. All 12 Big Ten women's gymnastics programs will descend on Champaign for the two-day event and will feature eight Top-25 programs.Â
