URBANA, Ill. – The Illinois softball team closed out the non-conference slate with a 4-3 loss to Eastern Illinois in nine innings on Wednesday night.
The Illini moved to 21-26Â while EIU owned a 28-19Â overall mark.
Offensively, Delaney Mosley led the way with a 3-for-3 day including a double and two RBI. Her base-clearing double tied the game in the bottom of the sixth.
