CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Illinois baseball announced today its upcoming fall slate. The 2024 Big Ten Champions will play a pair of games at Illinois Field this week. Admission to both contests is free.
The Orange and Blue return to the diamond tomorrow, Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. CT, where they will face Great Lakes Canadians, an elite level amateur baseball organization based in Southwestern Ontario, led by former Illini great Chris Robinson.
The Illini will also be in action on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 12 p.m. CT, to face Indiana State.
Dan Hartleb, the winningest coach in program history, enters his 20th season at the helm with a career record of 567-419-1.
