CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Illinois men's gymnastics head coach Daniel Ribeiro, in conjunction with the Big Ten, announced the team's 2025 schedule on Monday.
The Orange and Blue will host three meets throughout the 2025 season, including two conference duals, as they seek to defend their regular season championship title. The Illini will also once again compete in two perennial invitationals, the Windy City Invitational and the Winter Cup.
JANUARY
The Illini will open their season at the Windy City Invitational in Chicago on Jan. 18 before traveling to Oklahoma on Jan. 25. Illinois returns to Huff Hall for its first home meet of the season on Jan. 31, when they host Nebraska as their Big Ten opener.
FEBRUARY
Illinois travels to Ann Arbor, Mich., on Feb. 8 to continue its conference schedule. After two weeks of rest, the Orange and Blue will travel to Louisville, Ky., to compete in the Winter Cup on Feb. 21-23.
MARCH
On March 1, the Illini return home to face Army and Greenville, before closing out their home slate against Penn State on March 8. The team then travels to Ohio State to finish the regular season on March 25.
APRIL
The Big Ten Championships (location TBA) will be held April 4-5, with the team finals taking place on the first day and event finals on the second day.
The NCAA Championships will be held in Ann Arbor, Mich., on April 18-20.
