CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) has introduced a new customer-focused service team, which will provide each ticket holder and donor a designated representative in the athletics department to better improve their overall experience.

A team of Fighting Illini Account Managers (FAM) has joined the DIA to further develop direct relationships with season ticket holders and I FUND donors to help meet their day-to-day needs such as purchasing tickets, parking, or making donations to the I FUND. 

Season ticket holders and I FUND donors will be assigned their own FAM to help assist with new purchases, premium seating inquiries, meet renewal deadlines, and answer general questions related to gameday events. 

"We're always working to increase customer service quality and efficiency for Illinois fans when buying tickets, parking, or donating to the I FUND," said Tom Moreland, Executive Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Chief Commercial Officer. "Our new team of highly trained Fighting Illini Account Managers will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers and be engaged with them year-round."

The Fighting Illini Account Managers will not only serve current season ticket holders and donors, but also focus on growing the FamILLy by identifying and engaging new potential ticket holders and donors. 

In the coming weeks, Fighting Illini Account Managers will be reaching out to connect with each Illinois season ticket holder and donor with their contact information. 

Momentum around Illinois athletics continues to build at a historic rate as more than 8,000 new football season tickets have been sold for 2023 and men's basketball season ticket renewals are off to a strong start.
