CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Illinois women's gymnastics head coach Nadalie Walsh announced two more signees to the 2024 signing class with Chloe Cho (Santa Clarita, Calif.) and Mya Gordon (Mt. Juliet, Tenn.) for the 2025 season on Thursday.
Cho and Gordon join two other signees, Eden King and Kennedy Brown.
Chloe Cho | All-Around | Club: Gymnastics Olympica USA

Cho will be joining Illinois after being a six-year Level 10 gymnast and a 2021 state champion. She is a senior elite gymnast and qualified and competed at the U.S. Core Classics in 2023.
Cho also earned third in all-around at the 2020 International Gymnix.
She chose Illinois because "I fell in love with the culture and people, instantly feeling welcomed and at home."
"We are thrilled to welcome Chloe to the Illini family," Walsh said. "We feel honored as a program to bring in an elite gymnast who has great, high-level competitive experience. She is going to be a stand-out all-around who has exceptional talent on bars."
Mya Gordon | All-Around | Let it Shine Gymnastics

Gordon is coming to Illinois after becoming the 2023 All-Around state champion, where she also scored a perfect 10.0 on vault.
Gordon is also a two-time regional qualifier (2022, 2023) and a 2023 national qualifier.
She chose Illinois because "I love the environment and how the girls support one another. I also love how personal the coaches are, and I feel like the athletes are so important to them, not just the sport side of gymnastics but also the mental health side."
"I feel like Mya is a diamond in the rough, and we have the opportunity to bring in someone who has an incredible amount of potential," Walsh said. "She is extremely aggressive and competitive, and I think she rounds out the whole class really well with her high level of skills and a ton of bounce and spunk.
"I'm excited for this entire class in general. I think they will take Illinois gymnastics leaps and bounds forward, especially in the power events."
