CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Former Illinois safety Justin Harrison will serve as Honorary Captain when the Fighting Illini host Wisconsin on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
Harrison started 37 games for the Fighting Illini from 2004-07, totaling 284 tackles, six forced fumbles, and four interceptions. The Bloomington, Illinois, native still ranks seventh in Illinois' record book for career forced fumbles with six. Harrison still lives in the area and is active in the Champaign-Urbana community. He was recently named President for the Central Illinois Youth Football League.
Illinois and Wisconsin are set to kick off Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT on FS1.Â
