URBANA, Ill. – Illinois men's tennis lost 4-1 to the #6 Michigan on Friday afternoon. Illinois lost the doubles point with losses on courts 1 and 3. On court 2 Alex Brown and Gabrielius Guzauskas defeated Young/Styler 6-4.
Michigan extended its lead to 3-0 with singles wins on courts 5 and 1. Hunter Heck put the Illini on the board with a 6-4,6-4 victory over #33 Andrew Fenty on court 2. Nino Ehrenschneider clinched the match for Michigan on court 6.
