CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Illinois women's gymnastics welcomes two new student-athletes, Kaitlyn Ewald and Ashley Resch to the squad. They join Amelia Knight, Allie Morgan, and Abby Mueller to complete the Illini's 2020 class. Both have been on campus and participating in team activities.Â

"Both of these young women are extremely powerful and passionate I for see them adding not only ample amount of talent and every event but also the committed and dedicated culture that we have been developing as a program. Both of these ladies have competed at the highest level, junior Olympic nationals so I am excited to watch them be confident and consistent as they step into the college arena."
