LAST TIME OUT
The Illini enter the weekend with a 3-4 record after last week's results at the 2020 ITA National Indoor Championships, hosted by Illinois, against UCLA, Texas and Michigan.
Illinois matched up with UCLA last Friday night, as UCLA pulled away with a 4-0 win over the Fighting Illini. The Orange and Blue took on Texas on Saturday, Feb. 8, falling 4-1 to the Longhorns. Junior Emilee Duong picked up the lone singles point on the night.
Sunday, Feb. 9, saw action against Michigan. Junior Mia Rabinowitz claimed a singles point for the Illini on the night, but it was not enough as the Wolverines won 4-1.
SCOUTING TEXAS A&M
The Aggies are 6-2 heading into Friday afternoon's match up. Texas A&M battled past No. 23 Miami, 4-2, on Jan. 25, but fell to No. 14 Florida State on Jan. 26 during ITA Kick-Off Weekend. The Aggies went on to sweep Stetson, 4-0, and Georgia Southern, 7-0, on Jan. 31. Texas A&M's lost, 2-5, to No. 15 UCF on Feb. 2.
Illinois is 2-0 against the Aggies. The Illini and Texas A&M met a year ago as the Orange and Blue defeated the Aggies, 4-3.

The Bears are 6-0 entering Sunday afternoon's match with the Illini. Baylor has had victories over Georgia State (7-0), McNeese State (7-0), UTSA (5-2), Ole Miss (4-3), Mississippi State (4-3) and Nebraska (6-1).
