GET A FIGHTING ILLINI FAN CUTOUT

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The University of Illinois football team will begin the 2020 season in October, but a Big Ten Conference mandate does not allow the general fan base inside stadiums this season. However, fans will have a chance to get a piece of themselves represented in Memorial Stadium through the Fighting Illini Fan Cutouts packages. 

As seen in other professional and collegiate venues this season, fans can purchase a package to have an image of themselves placed in the stands for all four home games. Cutouts will be placed in the East Main Stands and End Zones, which are included in all television and video board camera angles. 

Illinois is offering three package types:

• Prime Seats package -- $99 (Seated in East Main Sections 104-106)
• Sideline Seats package -- $77 (Seated in East Main Sections 101-103 and 107-109)
• End Zone packages -- $50 (Seated in Horseshoe or North End Zone Student Section)

Those who purchase Fighting Illini Fan Cutouts will be in the drawing for weekly Illinois Athletics Prize Packs and an image of the cutout in the stadium will be sent by email to see its placement. Fans can add a Lovie Smith signature to the cutout for $50, which covers shipping back to the purchaser after the season concludes. The additional money will be donated to the Bobby Roundtree Trust to assist in covering his ongoing medical expenses.

Orders purchased by Oct. 16 will be guaranteed placement for the first home game. Fans are limited to one person per cutout and Illinois or neutral apparel are allowed.
