Injured/Released Illini

» Jeff Allen, OL, Kansas City Chiefs – Played in four games for the Chiefs before being released on Oct. 3. 

» James Crawford, LB, Miami Dolphins – Placed on Injured Reserve by the Dolphins on Sept. 26 after suffering a season-ending knee injury. Crawford played in three games, mostly on special teams, and made one tackle in 2019. 

» Carroll Phillips, DE, Washington Redskins – Was released by the Redskins on Nov. 30 and is now a free agent. Phillips appeared in one game for the Redskins, recording no statistics.  

» Chase McLaughlin, K, San Francisco 49ers – Was released by the 49ers on Dec. 3 and is now a free agent. Chase appeared in three games for the 49ers, going 7-8 on FG attempts and a perfect 8-8 on extra point attempts.

» Christian DiLauro, T, Pittsburgh Steelers – DiLauro was signed to the Steelers' practice squad on Oct. 15 after spending time with the 49ers and the Texans earlier in the season. 

» Josh Ferguson, RB, Washington Redskins  – Ferguson was signed to Washington's practice squad on Oct. 16.
