CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- The Illinois baseball team honored play-by-play announcer Dave Loane prior to Friday's game for his 30th season calling Illini games. Loane, who also does radio calls for Illinois' women's basketball and volleyball teams, was presented with a No. 30 jersey by head coach Dan Hartleb and the video below was played on the Illinois Field videoboard.
