CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Gameday Spirit will sell commemorative Lou Boudreau Illinois t-shirt jerseys Friday at the Illini baseball game against Maryland. First pitch is at 6 p.m. CT and it is your first chance to get the t-shirts.

The tees will be available in both youth and adult sizes for $15 at Friday's game. They will also be available at the two Champaign Gameday Spirit locations for $20 after the game.

The Illinois baseball team will honor Boudreau with a special pregame ceremony Friday and patches honoring Boudreau's induction to the Illinois Athletics Hall of Fame and the 25th anniversary of his number being retired. The patch is also featured on the t-shirt jersey. In addition, the first 500 fans will receive a metallic Boudreau baseball card.

Illinois Athletics will also host the Bleacher Bum BBQ Friday against Maryland, presented by Hickory River Smokehouse. The first 500 fans that attend Illinois Field will receive complimentary barbeque from Hickory River. A line will form outside the park and gates will open at 5 p.m. CT.
