Promotion Schedule

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – There will be a special promotion for each of the four Illinois men's gymnastics home meets this year, highlighted by Youth Night and the youth clinic following the meet against Minnesota on January 28.

The Fighting Illini will open their home season on Saturday, Jan. 28, against Minnesota. Following the 4 p.m. meet, kids eighth grade and younger will have the opportunity to meet the Illinois athletes and learn some new skills at the youth clinic. There will be free Illinois socks for the first 300 fans, and free blueberry pancakes from Bob Evans for the first 200 fans. Sign up for the clinic is free, and available at FIGHTINGILLINI.com.

On Friday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m., the Illini will host Penn State and a Greek Night. Fraternity and sorority members are encouraged to attend the meet, and free pizza will be given to the first 200 fans.

Gym Jam and Hail to the Orange Night will be on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m., as Illinois hosts Iowa. Free Hail to the Orange T-shirts will be given out to the first 300 fans, and there will be orange pom poms, Fighting Illini cups and sunglasses that will be given out as well.

The final home meet of the season will be on Friday, March 24 at 7 p.m. Illinois will host the reigning Big Ten Champion Ohio State Buckeyes on Spring into Huff and Senior Night. There will be free spring rolls from Panda Express for the first 200 fans, and a free Illinois leotard T-shirt for the first 450 fans.
