ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – Three Fighting Illini golfers currently on the Illinois roster, along with a trio of alumni, competed at the 21^st Annual Phil Kosin Illinois Women's Open held from July 27-29 at the Mistwood Golf Club in Romeoville, Illinois. All six of the Illini representatives finished in the top 25 at the outing.

Ember Schuldt, a 2014 graduate, led the way with a fourth place finish posting rounds of 71-71-72 to finish two-under par at 214. Sophomore Dana Gattone posted a 69 in the closing round and claimed fifth place with a reading of 75-72-69 for an even 216. Incoming freshman Bing Singhsumalee secured sixth place with a one-over par score of 217 (72-73-72). Samantha Postillion (December '14) and Seul Ki Park ('09) finished tied for 17^th with marks of 226 while junior Stephanie Miller tied for 22^nd with a tally of 228.
