CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The Fighting Illini women's golf team celebrated the 2014-15 season at their banquet on Sunday, May 10. Head coach Renee Slone and assistant coach Jenny Coluccio honored the team's seniors, Erin Ahern, Michelle Mayer and Pimploy Thirati, in addition to celebrating the multitude of accomplishments achieved during the course of the season.
Sophomore Stephanie Miller was recognized for holding the team's low stroke average at 75.1, while senior Erin Ahernreceived the team's Attitude Award.

The Fighting Illini boast a Big Ten-best six Golfer of the Week titles this season:
-Dana Gattone (9/10), Stephanie Miller (10/23, 11/5), Emily Joers (2/4), Chayanid Prapassarangkul (2/25, 3/5)
Chayanid Prapassarangkul became the first Illinois golfer to ever post two (or more) rounds at or below par at the Big Ten Championships:
-Rounds of 72-78-71 at The Fort Golf Course (par 72)
Dana Gattone followed in Stephanie Miller's footsteps to keep the Diane Thomason Invitational individual title in the hands of a freshman golfer at Illinois.

Chayanid Prapassarangkul tied the sixth lowest individual 54-hole tournament score in the books:

Stephanie Miller became just the third golfer in Illinois history to earn three Big Ten Golfer of the Week/Month honors.
