URBANA, Ill. - Fighting Illini junior linebacker Martez Wilson, along with three other members of the University student body will run a youth event at Leal Elementary School in Urbana for 32 children on Wed., April 14 from 3-6 p.m. The "Goofy Olympics" will feature six events, including Goofy's Car Push, Goofy's Ballon Smash Relay, Goofy Buckets, Goofy's Beanbag Toss, Goofy's 3 Cone Scooter Relay, and Goofy Charades. The event was made possible with funding from First Federal Savings Bank and Busey Bank. The event design, community outreach and fundraising were all done by Wilson and his group as part of his Leisure Programming (RST 300) class.
