The Chicago I FUND is set to host its annual Illini Day at Wrigley Field event on Saturday, May 15, 2010. The Chicago Cubs will be taking on the Pittsburgh Pirates at 12:05pm.

Prior to the first pitch, the I FUND will host a pre-game celebration at John Barleycorn and Moe's Cantina in Wrigleyville from 9:30 am to 11:45 am. Tickets cost $55 each and include a seat next to 1000 of your fellow Illini fans at the game and unlimited beverages and buffet at our pre-game locations. Pre-game only tickets can be purchased for $30 each through the Chicago I FUND office.

Last year, we implemented a new ticket sales procedure, allowing our I FUND members first priority to purchase tickets to this event before the general public. The event was a huge success, and this year we will be implementing the same ticket procedure. Current I FUND members will receive an email including a ticket link to allow them to purchase tickets in advance. If you are not currently an I FUND member, you can become eligible to purchase tickets as part of the pre-sale by calling the Chicago I FUND office at 312-575-7850 and making a donation today.

The priority sale for I FUND members will be held Thursday, April 29 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. If tickets are available after the I FUND pre-sale, remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, May 3 at 10:00am.
