The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) has finalized the dates and times for the 2008 edition of the Ron Zook Television Show. The show will air in Central Illinois on a new station and in a new Monday evening time slot.

The Ron Zook Show will now air at 10:35 pm on Monday nights on WICD--ABC, Channel 15 in Champaign, Urbana, Danville and the surrounding areas. In addition, the show will also air at the same time in Springfield, Decatur and the surrounding areas on WICS--ABC, Channel 20.

In addition to the Monday night airing on WICD and WICS, the show will also be shown in Chicago and nationally on the Big Ten Network Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. CT and in the St. Louis area on Fox Sports Midwest at 2 p.m. CT.

For the second year in a row, the show will be produced by the DIA. For the first time, however, the show will mainly be taped in a brand new television studio in the Bielfeldt Athletic Administration Building developed specifically for DIA programming and other campus programming produced for the Big Ten Network.

Brian Barnhart, the radio play-by-play voice of the Fighting Illini, will once again host the telecast along with Coach Zook. Each show will recap the previous week's game and will feature Coach Zook's updates and analysis on the Fighting Illini and the entire national college football scene.

The Ron Zook Show will air every week of the season starting September 1 at the dates and times below, with the exception of the week of Sept. 21, after an open date on the Illinois football schedule, when there will be no show.
