University of Illinois head football coach Ron Zook and four assistant coaches will be conducting a free coaches' clinic at Mt. Carmel High School Wednesday, April 23 from 6-8 p.m. Zook will attend, along with assistant head coach and running backs coach Reggie Mitchell, offensive coordinator Mike Locksley and co-defensive coordinators Dan Disch and Curt Mallory.

"We had a great turnout for the state-wide coaches' clinic in Champaign this year," Zook said. "But we want to get our staff out there as much as possible so that the high school coaches become more and more familiar with us as people and our coaching philosophies."

All interested high school coaches can attend the event, which will take place at Mt. Carmel's Convocation Center. The school is located at the corner of 64th and Dante.
