The head coach of the University of Illinois' Men's Track and Field team, Wayne Angel announces tryouts for the 2006-07 season. Tryouts will be held at the Illinois Track and Soccer Stadium Oct. 2-13 starting at 3 p.m. Any athlete planning to come out for the team must have a physical at the McKinley Health Center prior to the tryout date.

After coming off of an impressive season of sending athletes to the NCAA Championships, and Big Ten titles, the Fighting Illini look to finalize their team roster for the 2006-07 season.
