Nov. 17, 2004

Dominique Worsley out of Manchester Central High School in Manchester, New Hampshire signed a national letter of intent to run track at the University of Illinois. Worsley, who is head coach Wayne Angel's first signee this season, is a highly ranked sprinter who has won two state titles.

"I am very excited to have an athlete of Dominique's caliber on board," Angel said. "He is a very gifted athlete who brings a lot to the table in terms of his scoring potential in the 60m through the 400m. In his specialty event, the 200m, we should see an immediate impact at the Conference and National level with this young man."
