Athletic directors, Ron Guenther of Illinois, Tom Jurich of Louisville and Bill Martin of Michigan, have agreed to move football dates to accommodate postponed games on Sept. 15. The Louisville at Illinois game will now be played Sept. 22 and the Illinois at Michigan game has been moved to Sept. 29. Game times have yet to be determined.

"We worked the phones long and hard today," UI Director of Athletics Ron Guenther said. "We felt it was important to get this done as soon as possible to allow our football team to prepare for next week's opponent. We appreciate the patience and support of our fans as we have worked through these difficult days."

UI Ticket Policy for Rescheduled Louisville Football Game - Sept.22
* Tickets already purchased are good for rescheduled game on Sept. 22.
* Tickets at Will Call are still valid and being held for pick-up 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday beginning at 9 a.m.
* Tickets are still available for purchase by phone (217/333-3470) and in-person at the UI Athletics Ticket Office at the Assembly Hall.
* Any individual wishing to exchange the Louisville game ticket for another 2001 UI home football game can do so in person or by U.S. Mail postmarked no later than Friday, Sept. 21, 2001.
* Persons wishing a refund for the Louisville game ticket must return their ticket in person to the UI Athletics Ticket Office or by mail postmarked no later than Friday, Sept. 21, 2001. Refund checks will be mailed within 3-4 weeks. Individuals asking for refund by mail must include their name and mailing address.

* Persons wishing refund of Michigan football game tickets must do so in person, or ticket must be received at the UI Athletics Ticket Office by Monday, Sept. 24, 2001.
* There will be no exchange for Michigan football game tickets already purchased.
