Education:
Taylor received her Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University in Sport Management with a double minor in Marketing and Leadership. She went on to earn a Master's Degree from Central Michigan in Sport Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director of Event Management, Taylor oversees event operations for Illinois men's basketball, softball and volleyball. She also assists with championships and post season play, as well as campus and community events held in DIA facilities.

Past Experience:
Taylor started in the Illinois Ticket Office before joining the Event Management team in March of 2019. Prior to arriving in Champaign, she spent more than two years as Director of Ticket Operations at Central Michigan University where she managed and directed all ticketing initiatives for the department's ticketed varsity sports.

Following graduation, she began her athletics career as a Senior Sales Associate in the ticket office at the University of Tennessee. She also worked in the ticket offices of two minor league baseball teams, the Great Lakes Loons and Toledo Mud Hens, as well as for the Detroit Tigers as Ticket Sales Coordinator. As a graduate student at CMU, Taylor worked in the marketing department, producing and implementing promotional plans and engagement strategies for various sports.

Personal:
A native of Monroe, Michigan, Taylor is married to Evan Taylor, the Assistant AD of Human Resources and Employee Experience. The couple are parents to daughters, Eleanor and Madelyn.
