Quentin Singleton is in his second season on staff with the Illinois football program as an operations and recruiting assistant in 2025. 

In his first season on staff, Singleton helped Illinois tie the program's single-season wins record with 10 in 2024. The Illini were ranked by the CFP selection committee for a program-record four straight weeks, appeared in 12 AP Top 25 polls, and tied the program record for ranked wins with four. Illinois capped one of the best seasons in program history by beating #14 South Carolina in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, 21-17, in one of the top bowl game victories in Illinois history.

Singleton joined the Fighting Illini from Ohio, where he was an operations assistant in 2023. He assisted in all aspects of operations of the Ohio football program, including team travel, meals, and NCAA compliance.

Singleton went to Ohio following a two-year stint as an operations, recruiting, and equipment intern at Coastal Carolina from 2021-22 as an undergraduate student. His duties included assisting with recruiting visits, recruiting film breakdown, and assisting the Director of Football Operations. 

Singleton graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2022 with a bachelor of science in recreation and sports management. He is a native of Blythewood, South Carolina.
