Education:
Leah Jean received her bachelor's in psychology in May 2021 from UTSA. She went on to earn her master's degree in sport and performance psychology in December 2023 from the University of St. Thomas (Houston, Texas).

Responsibilities:
Jean assists in various aspects of Irwin Academic Services and supports student-athletes with a holistic approach while working on time management, goal-setting, and assignment completion skills.

Past Experience:
Previously worked at Episcopal High School located in Houston, Texas in 2022, with their track and cross country program as an assistant coach. Focused on team work, confidence, resiliency and performance anxiety while promoting the importance of mental health in sport.
