Education: 
Dove was an undergraduate and graduate student at Illinois, earning her bachelor's degree in community health in 2016 and master's degree in sport management in 2022. In addition, Dove earned her first masters in kinesiology with a specialization in sports psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  

Responsibilities:
Dove works with a caseload of at-risk student-athletes focusing on study skills, time management, organization, and increasing academic confidence. 

Past Experience:
Dove previously served as a Teaching Assistant in the Recreational, Sports, and Tourism department at the University of Illinois while working towards her master’s degree for two years prior to becoming an Assistant Learning Specialist.  

Personal: 
Dove was a member of the Fighting Illini women's track and field team. She is originally from Urbana, Ill. Dove is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and was inducted into the Urbana High School Hall of Fame in 2019.
