Isabella Braga

Education: Braga graduated from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. In 2020, she received her Master of Sport Leadership degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Center for Sport Leadership.

Job Responsibilities: Braga works with a caseload of at-risk student-athletes focusing on study skills, time management, organization, and increasing academic confidence.

Past Experience: Braga previously served as the Academic Aide at the University of Richmond while working towards her master’s degree. Prior to that she worked for Duke University Athletics as an Iron Dukes Assistant and Iron Dukes Annual Fund Assistant from 2018-2019. She also completed a service year in 2017-2018 with the AmeriCorps program, City Year, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Personal:  Originally from Lincoln, Rhode Island, Braga is an active member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and serves on the Young Professional Subcommittee as an Operations Special Team member. She was a member of the 2021 NCAA/Women Leaders in College Sports Women’s Leadership Symposium and the 2020-2021 Ohio State Young Alumni Academy.
