High School
Named one of the country's "50 Defensive Dandies" by prepvolleyball.com. • Named GCAC (Girls Catholic Athletic Conference) All-Conference and GCAC Academic All-Conference • Mighty Macs won the 2004 state title with a 41-2 record, won the GCAC conference title and tournament titles at Glenbard East and Rich East. • Coached by Nancy Pedersen and Jen DeJarld • Played for Sports Performance 18-Elite (coached by Rick Butler and Joe Jablonski), which won the Power League, the National Junior Classic Pre-Nationals and the 2005 USAV 18 Open. • Had 198 digs and 92 aces and passed at a 96 percent efficiency as a senior • Played center field and pitched in softball from the Macs (coached by Rick Mundo). • Softball team won the GCAC conference, and regional and sectional titles in in 2002 and won the regional in 2003.

Born Dec. 27, 1986 • Daughter of Jim and Rose Wojcik • Plans to major in speech communication • Comes from a long line of relatives who attended Illinois and from a family of college athletes • Mother, Rose, played volleyball and softball at Illinois-Chicago and was inducted into the Hall of Fame there. • Father, Jim, played football at Dartmouth. • Enjoys theatre, the arts, writing, and reading • Nominated to the National Student Leadership Conference, to Who's Who Among American High School Students, and to the National Honor Roll. • Involved in theatre, National Honor Society, and Model United Nations.
