2019

• Earned NCAA Midwest All-Region honors, placing 25th overall and crossing fourth for the Midwest Regional Champion Illini with a 6K finish time of 21:20.0
• Clocked 6K PR at Pre-Nationals, recording a time of 21:02.6 to finish 62nd and fourth on the team
• Crossed fourth for the Illini at NCAA Championships
• Timed a personal-best 5K finish of 17:32.0 at the John McNichols Invite, placing 25th
• Finished fifth overall at the Illini Open, recording a 5K time of 17:33.2
• Placed 29th at Big Ten Championships, recording a 6K finish time of 21:09.8
