Kilee Fletcher joined the Fighting Illini staff in October of 2017. Prior to her arrival in Champaign-Urbana, Fletcher spent two seasons as the head strength and conditioning coach at Towson.

During her time at Towson, Fletcher worked directly with the men's basketball, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, and gymnastics teams. Fletcher joined the Towson staff January 2011 as the assistant director of strength and conditioning, working with women’s basketball, women’s lacrosse, women’s soccer, men’s soccer, and gymnastics teams.

Fletcher's coaching talents were put on display at Towson as her work with the women's lacrosse team helped the program earn four CAA titles. She also helped the men's lacrosse program to consecutive CAA titles and a 2017 NCAA Final Four appearance.

No stranger to the Big Ten, Fletcher has also recorded a stint at Maryland and worked at the University of Indianapolis. She served as the strength and conditioning coach for the swimming and diving, gymnastics and men’s tennis programs at Maryland, while assisting with wrestling, women’s basketball, volleyball, softball and football. At Indianapolis, she worked directly with the swimming and diving, wrestling, women’s and men’s tennis, and cross country teams. She also assisted with the women’s basketball, volleyball, football, and softball teams.

Fletcher earned her Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Ball State in 2007 and her Master of Science in exercise physiology from Louisville in 2009. She has her certifications in USAW and FMS Level 2, and has her CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Fletcher lives in Champaign with her husband, Adam, and their daughter, Maddie.
