Tedesco enters her first season with the Illinois softball program in January 2026, after spending the last two years working in various capacities at Western Illinois. Most recently, she served as the Director of Football Operations for the Leathernecks, managing alumni relations, team travel, and budget management. She also oversaw all Western Illinois football camps, responsible for sponsorship, logistics, and camp operations.
Tedesco began in the compliance department at Western Illinois, where she was responsible for the intake of all new student-athletes, including coordination of housing, financial aid, and transcript evaluation. In this role, she submitted medical hardship waivers and eligibility appeals to the NCAA.Â
Prior to Western Illinois, she served as head men's basketball manager for Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont, assisting with social media efforts, away-game logistics, practice schedules and overseeing analytics and statistics. Tedesco also worked as a student intern in the athletics operations department, gaining experience in field scheduling and assisting with designs for new facilities.Â
A native of Rutland, Vermont, Tedesco graduated with her bachelor's degree in business administration and political science from Saint Michael's College in December 2023. In December 2025, she earned her master's degree in sport management from Western Illinois.
