• Placed 13th in the mile at Big Ten Championships
• Ran the anchor leg of the DMR at Big Ten Championships, placing eighth

2016

Cross-Country

• Named Big Ten Co-Athlete of the Week on Oct. 26
• Led the team at the Illini Open, placing runner-up with a time of 25:48.0
• Placed 10th at the Roy Piane Invite 8K open race, timing 25:39.2

Track and Field

Indoor

• Finished in 9th place at Big Ten Championships in the mile run with a time of 4:11.12.
• Ran his fastest mile at the Iowa State Classic, posting a mark of 4:07.58
• Won the mile run at the Border Battle with a time of 4:13.54
• Set a new PR in the 800m run with a 1:53.30 time at Rod McCravy

2015

Cross Country

• Finished sixth for the Illini and 17th overall at the Bluegrass Invite, posting an 8k time of 25:00.7
• Finished fourth overall and fourth on the team at the season opening Illini Challenge, posting a 6K time of 19:07.1

Outdoor

• Placed sixth at Big Ten Championships in the 1,500m
• Won the 1,500m at the Jim Click Shootout
• Finished second at the Illini Twilight
• Made his Illini debut in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing second at the UNLV Spring Invite

• Won the 800m at the Orange and Blue Open
• Finished first in the mile at the Illini Classic

2014

• Competed in the 1,500m at the Big Ten Championships
• Placed third in the 1,500m at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invite
• Clocked a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:51.03 at the Illinois Twilight

• Competed unattached at three meets
• Placed fourth in the 3,000m at the Orange & Blue Open

Cross Country

• Competed in seven races for the Illini, scoring points at four of them
• Competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional Meet and finished seventh for Illinois
• Was the Illini's seventh runner at the Big Ten Championships, claiming a personal-best time of 24:52.5
• Finished second for Illinois and 15th overall at the Bradley Classic with a season-best time of 25:02.8
• Was the third Orange and Blue runner into the chute at the Greater Louisville Classic, recording a time of 25:10.22
• Was the sixth runner for Illinois at the Roy Griak Invite
• Finished fifth for the Illini at both the Portland Dual and Illini Challenge, garnering top-10 overall finishes at each

2013

Cross Country

• Redshirt season
• Ran unattached in three meets
• Made his collegiate debut at the Illini Challenge where he placed 10th overall
• Placed 28th at the Boilermaker Invitational with an 8K time of 26:07
• Shaved over a minute off of his 8K time at the Bradley Classic, clocking a 25:00 to place 20th

• Was part of the 4x800m state champion relay team in 2011
• Finished runner-up at the 2013 ISHA state championships in the 1600m
• Placed fifth in the 1600m at the 2012 IHSA state championships
• All-State in cross country all four years
• Named NIC-10 Conference Athlete of the Year in 2013
• Conference champion in the 1600m in track
• Team won state in 2009, 2010, and 2011, and placed second in 2012
