Outdoor Track

• Set a season-best time in the 5K at the War Eagle Invite, clocking a time of 14:23.28 to place second
• Won the 5K event title at The Reveille with his finish time of 14:48.50 
• Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 5K for the Orange and Blue over the course of the outdoor season
• Academic All-Big Ten

Indoor Track

• Won two event titles, both in the 3K, at the Larry Wieczorek Invite and Illini Invitational
• Ran a personal-best time of 8:23.45 to win the Wieczorek 3K 
• Set a new 1-Mile PR time of 4:23.50 at the Illini Open, placing 10th 

2018

Cross Country

• Finished in the top-10 and first for the Illini at the Bradley Pink Classic, placing ninth with a time of 24:44.5 
• Ran season-best 8K of 24:32.9 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite 
• Academic All-BIg Ten 

Outdoor Track

• Qualified for NCAA Prelims in the 5K
• Ran in the 5K at Big Ten Championships 
• Won 3K at Jim Click Shootout with time of 8:39.77
• Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Illinois Twilight 

2017

Cross Country

• Set a new 10K PR at the Midwest Regional with a time of 30:00.9 to place 39th 
• Finished sixth on the team at Big Ten Championships with a time of 25:17.6 to place 53rd overall
• Scored for the Illini at the Battle in Beantown, finishing 25th overall with a time of 24:57 in the 8K

• Competed at Big Ten Championships in the 10,000m race
• Set a new PR in the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invite with a time of 14:12.29

• Contested the 3,000m at the Border Battle and Black & Gold meets
• Ran the mile at the Illini Classic

Cross-Country

• Competed at NCAA Championships, placing seventh on the team 
• Finished fourth on the team at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking a new 10K mark of 30:56.2
• Placed 38th at Big Ten Championships with a time of 25:30.3
• Scored points for the Illini at the Roy Piane Invite, finishing the 8K in a season-best 24:33.1

• Placed 20th at Big Ten Championships with a career-best mark of 24:01.4
• Finished fourth for the Illini and fourteenth overall at the Bluegrass Challenge, posting an 8k time of 24:56.2
