- Hobbies include watching Netflix, listening to music, and reading Christian books to grow his faith
- Proudest basketball achievement is winning a state championship as a freshman at Waupun
- Favorite athlete is Giannis Antetokounmpo
- Favorite teams are the Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers
- Credits his father and brother for most influencing his basketball career, “My dad taught me the game and coached me. And my brother brought me to the gym, and I tried to emulate him.”
- Chose Illinois because “the coaching staff showed they believe in me, and the winning tradition is big here, people care a lot about basketball.”
