  • Chose Illinois because, “When I got to Illinois, the whole football staff made it easy. It made me feel like I was at home. They treated my family like royalty and it was just easy to pick where I was going to go. One special thing is Coach Bielema. He figured out that it was my grandparents' anniversary while on my official visit and he got them an anniversary cake. The coaches knew I had doubts of it being so far from home and Coach McDonald showed me his family and eliminated all fears of being homesick. All the coaches in Illinois make me feel right at home and this is where I'm supposed to be. That is why I chose Illinois to be my home for the next four years.”
  • Majoring in kinesiology
